The medium is size 8-9 1/2. Wish I knew that when ordering. They seem durable but since I’m a size 7 normally they are WAY to big for me.

Better than the original insoles, so I take those out & replace w/ these; these insoles are silky, firm but not painful, & in that firmness, provide pretty good arch support, depending on the shoe insides. One shoe I had to add an additional arch support, but nothing against this insole. For the price vs support, I love these things, & will continue to buy, for all additional shoes I buy, cause let’s be honest, Safety Shoes = broken feet, w/out extra supports.

I loved the way they made me feel like I’m walking on pillows & barely hurt my feet breaking my new shoes in with them. You can always cut to your exact foot shape. Which was nice cause i have wide feet. I would highly recommend these..

Actually super pleased with this cost friendly and comfortable insole. I added on top of the existing insole in my Avengers composite toe ankle boot slip on and haven’t had any pain at all and I’m a worker. Not a there for money and to be pretty female. I work my butt off and walk 10-20k steps a shift along with loading and unloading umpteen trailers and these have proven to hold up and ease any foot pain or knee discomfort and back pain. Way to go Keen!!
If you want something for standing around looking pretty get something more suitable like Dr…..let me stop. That’s mean. Just work like the job description said you would be doing. Not try to mount 13 guys at work.
