Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns of:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Insoles & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Modern Shoe Sport Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent purchase (Order #: [Your Order Number]). Item(s) for return/exchange: – Product Name: [Name of Product] – Size: [Size] – Color: [Color] – Quantity: [Quantity] – Reason: [Brief reason for return/exchange] I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the item(s) meet all requirements. Please provide return instructions at your earliest convenience. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For free shipping orders, we deduct the standard shipping cost ($12.95) from your refund if returning part of your order.

International Returns

For returns outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
